Making money through mobile toilets in port harcourt

I was listening to Wazobia fm 94.1 this morning when they were having a talk on people urinating on the streets of port Harcourt. Now that’s a bad one, I wonder if people don’t know the smell of urine can chase people away from their homes. In this case I can imagine the men being more of the offenders than the female and you know why? (that’s the only thing men claim they can do better than women). I see a lot of guys especially in the diobu axis of Port Harcourt urinating on the street publicly without shame.
